What happens when you ask OMG! Event Co. for a quote—and how to reach us about your information.

Information you send us
When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event type, venue or location and requested services. You can also provide your company, event date, guest count and additional details. Please do not include payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in the free-text field. The quote form does not request payment information.
How your inquiry is used
We use your inquiry to respond, discuss availability, prepare pricing and plan the services you request. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. The quote form does not include a marketing subscription option; an event inquiry should not be treated as blanket consent to unrelated promotional messages.
Storage and Wingman
Quote requests are saved in our website’s hosted system, Lovable Cloud. The information is also sent to Wingman, our customer relationship management service, to support contact management and follow-up. If that handoff fails, the saved website inquiry remains available to our team. These providers process information as part of delivering their services.
Security and access
The hosted website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Quote records are not publicly readable through the website’s public data access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send highly sensitive information through the quote form.
Website usage and cookies
Website analytics are enabled to help us understand visits and usage. Hosting and service providers may also process technical information, such as request details, for operation, security and reliability. The quote form keeps entered values in the current page’s memory; it does not itself save quote drafts to browser storage. Browser settings let you control cookies and website storage, although restrictions may affect functionality.
External links and public reviews
This website links to Google, social media and other companies and review platforms. Those services have their own privacy practices. Our review page reproduces publicly posted Google review text, reviewer display names, star ratings and public business replies. We do not display reviewers’ private contact information.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Contact OMG! Event Co. using the phone number below to ask about your inquiry information, request a correction or request deletion. We will review requests in light of applicable obligations and any records needed for an event or business purpose. No fixed retention period is stated on this page, and deletion is not automatic when you close the website.
